Process of lessons:-
- Getting to know the learner
- Planning and setting achievable goals together
- Using formative and summative assessment techniques to determine level of lessons
- Plan a series of lessons that target specific areas of need to reach set goals
- Using continuous formative assessment techniques to inform next lessons if required, maintaining level of flexibility and adaptability
- Constant reviews with learner to ensure they feel supported throughout their learning journey
- Providing extra support and resources for periods outwith lessons if applicable, ensuring the learner has all the right tools to keep honing their knowledge
- Depending on the progress of learners, checkpoints will be implemented to track progression to give learners a visible and tangible result of their learning

Resources used involve:-
- literature; books, novels both fiction and non-fiction
- online articles and posts
- social media; appropriate targeted YouTube videos
- other resources that are easily accessible and free, without needing extra payment or investment
- self made resources; such as a personalised dictionary/glossary of vocabulary related to lesson subject matter
- learners may provide essays, homework or presentation assignments that they would like analysed and used in lessons, with a walkthrough to editing, proofreading and redrafting said work
