Tutoring is supposed to be engaging and fun - there is no other way it should be done. That is why my tutoring sessions offer valuable resources that you can engage with. Using custom resources alongside high-quality, paid-for lesson plans - my students never leave feeling bored of their sessions. With up-to-date information and guidance, you won’t just be shown resources and expected to understand them. I will test your understanding whilst building a great student-tutor relationship with you, to ensure you feel comfortable during every session.

My experience when I was in Primary School was really difficult, as there wasn’t any one-to-one support available and I struggled a lot in the beginning. A family friend of mine called Jack who I will never forget, took me on and tutored me for months until he knew I understood my work fully; he was patient, kind, and an overall incredible man to be taught by. He taught me not just subject content, but what tutoring should be - helping me improve my attitude to learning which has stuck with me ever since. Those are all features of tutoring that I focus on in my sessions because of this incredible experience, as I know first-hand the value of having that when you are struggling.

Beyond this letter, my year of experience in tutoring one-on-one will speak for itself in my sessions. I am confident that I can offer any student high-quality tutoring, and with my qualifications - can offer a high standard of teaching to my pupils.
