I run my own training, coaching & consultancy company and have been involved in the coaching of apprentices and graduates. I have also coached professionals with middle to senior management roles. I am committed to making a positive difference in people’s lives. I take pride in doing meaningful work that supports, empowers, and uplifts others, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to contribute to lasting, life-changing impact.
The online coaching sessions are designed to help you set clear goals, gain confidence and create balance during your university journey. Each session typically lasts 45-60 minutes and takes place via video call.
The first session focusses on understanding you, your values, priorities, challenges and what you hope to achieve. Together we will identify areas to work on, such as time management, motivation, relationships, career direction or stress management to name but a few.
In each follow-up session you will review progress, explore practical strategies and reflect on what is working. I use structured tools like goal setting, exercises, mindset reframing and action planning to guide you toward meaningful change. By the end of each session you will have achievable next steps tailored to your life and university studies.
The coaching process is supportive, non-judgmental and completely personalised to you. I am not there to tell you what to do but to help you think more clearly, stay accountable and move forward with confidence. Over time you'll build stronger self-awareness and develop the skills to navigate both academic and personal challenges more effectively.
