My leadership skills, emotional intelligence and communication skills sessions are bespoke and fully interactive. The idea is to find out what you need and to achieve that goal through practice, or kinaesthetic learning.

Through a mixture of interesting ideas and theories and practical application I can help develop skills and encourage leadership qualities from those I train.

I use Zoom, or I can attend face to face (travel fee applies) and I can run individual or linked sessions that start at one hour and can be organised to run across a whole day.

I have 20 years experience in the field of teaching/training and use all of this to inform my practice, while also understanding the current climate and technological developments.

I also run coaching and training sessions for individuals and groups around healthy AI usage and relationships, which are becoming more and more popular.

The slides I use in my sessions are always provided after the session for the group to digest and thing about after the session. I am also available in between sessions to clarify information or provide further support.

I have had experience with commercial organisations as well as non-profit, volunteer and charitable organisations and use my training to enhance and develop the skills each team has in a way that is entirely bespoke and authentic to them.
