I’m a careers and confidence coach with a professional background in counselling, psychology, and coaching, and extensive experience supporting young people and students to navigate decisions about work, education and identity.

I work with students and young adults (typically 16–25) who feel unsure about their next steps, lack confidence, feel unmotivated,or are struggling to make sense of career or life choices. Many of the people I support feel capable but stuck - unsure how to move forward or trust themselves.

My approach is warm, empathetic and non-judgemental, drawing on my training as a counsellor alongside practical coaching tools. This means sessions feel supportive and understanding, while still being structured and focused on clarity, confidence and action. I help clients explore options, identify strengths, set realistic goals, and build the confidence needed to move forward.

I have worked with young people across education, employability, mentoring, and coaching settings in the UK and internationally, supporting transitions into work, further study, and adulthood. I’m particularly experienced in working with clients who feel overwhelmed, underconfident, or unsure where they fit.

Sessions are collaborative and tailored to the individual - whether that’s career exploration, interview preparation, employability skills, confidence-building or motivation. While I bring a counselling-informed lens, this is coaching rather than therapy, with a focus on practical next steps and personal growth.
