I am a private professional tutor with five years of experience in teaching English lessons online and must say that it has been a great experience connecting with students and different people from different countries from around the globe. Having connections with people from different places and engaging in healthy conversations on how to improve their grammar have really been helpful to them and to me as well because we keep on educating each other. We engage in activities like having conversational messages and taking tasks either verbal or written.By doing so my students learn new vocabularies whereby sometimes we need to dig deeper into knowing and understanding their meaning.This enhances proper flow of a conversation whether it's written or verbal. Moreso, I give my students assignments and tests after learning a certain topic in order to examine and see thier progress. For example, I may ask my students to write letters, or in general compositions. This helps them to have a good flow of words. Also I use this to determine their spelling and grammar whereby we later forms a meeting and discuss together as we identify the spelling and grammar mistakes. I also ask my students to send a short voice recording an assigned statement which helps in learning proper pronunciation of words. I also allow my students to ask any related questions on what they didn't understand and we come up with a solution.By doing so, we get to interact and have more knowledge, skills and proficiency.
