I have worked with children aged from 3-17 on a voluntary basis for 4 years. I feel most students work best with a self-directed approach with my guidance when they are in need. I have experince with neurodivert children and, I have found from expierence, that they respond better to immediate feedback and interactive learning. Every child and teenger is different so I can adapt my tutoring styles according to their needs.

I always set goals for students using SMART objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely). Have clear objectives for what the student will then be able to learn means they have something to reach towards, motivating work ethic.

My teaching style always utalises every possible source of learning available; from technology to books. Students will be assisted will all resources I feel they need to succeed.
