I beleive discussions and interactive classes give more information and drags our interest rather than our regular classes.
I always make the class more fun, innovation and bias free for every student to understand and have the total rights to ask questions how much ever time they wanted to.
Giving unique assignments to understand the level of understanding of the students and work accordingly if there should be any changes in the method of teaching.
I always beleive in trial and error concept and every student of my class shall always go according to that concept. There will be no right or wrong, rather it will be as the highest percentage of relevance.
