The best way for one person could be the worst way for another, rather than having a prescribed method. The initial step is to identify who the learner is, what they want to get out of it and how they learn best. Essentially like a sat nav, where are you now? Where do you want to get to? Which route seems best to get there?

Communication is a tool everybody should constantly work on, it benefits your professional and personal relationships, creates bonds and opportunities that wouldn’t have been realised otherwise and I have the utmost respect for it as a subject, life skill and craft that each person can carry with them wherever they go.
Ones ability to communicate, is arguably the greatest influencer of one’s life and direction. It deserves time, respect and perhaps most importantly, investment.
I love helping others make that investment in themselves.
