I have a rich teaching experience and extensive subject knowledge across the three key stages (11-19) in both Maths and Science. Being fortunate enough to work with many students both in smaller groups and varied educational settings had given me a chance to exhibit effective and engaging teaching methods. I truly believe that a child’s best potential can only be achieved if they are engaged, enthused and motivated. I am very passionate about my subject and had always worked to my best ability to instil the same passion in my students.
I have more than 12 years of experience in teaching sciences as well as Maths across KS3 -KS4.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the ability to set high expectations for my students in their work and I always expect them to take pride in their work and studies. In my current role, I have ensured that my students’ progress is regularly monitored and I always take appropriate measures to address any underachievement or misconceptions in my groups and individual work with students. I have always facilitated my students' learning by creating an ambitious learning environment that always engages and excites every pupil to reach their full potential.
science are the subject that cover every aspects of a human life - from the beginning of our life as a fetus and all the way to how we react to our surroundings. I try to make science more fun by using every day examples from our life so that the students can relate to every aspect of it.
The key mantra to do well in external exams is to practice past exam questions and try to answer them using the right key scientific terms.
