I customise my teaching based on how I think my student will learn most effectively so that they can achieve the best possible understanding of the topic. Also, I regularly use past papers or other methods of assessment in order to address where weak points may be so that I can focus on these specific areas of study. I use questions directly from exam papers to ensure that the content I teach is fully applicable and up to date. In the past, I have helped my students to gain understanding and confidence in achieving their desired grade in GCSE maths. My teaching style includes general worksheets, comprehensive explanations and walkthroughs of past papers. I have tutored 4 students in the past ; there were 3 GCSE (year 10/11) and one year 8 student. For my own studies, I achieved a grade 9 in maths at GCSE, an A in AS level maths and I am currently taking A level maths. In addition to this, I have also competed in various national maths competitions and achieved either bronze, silver or gold each time.
