My lessons are designed to be clear, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are looking to strengthen their understanding of medicine, revise difficult topics, or prepare for exams. I focus on making complex medical concepts easier to understand by breaking them down into simple, logical steps and explaining the reasoning behind them, rather than encouraging rote memorisation alone.
Lessons are usually delivered online in a supportive and interactive format. I begin by identifying the student’s current level, goals, and areas of difficulty, and then adapt the lesson accordingly. Depending on the student’s needs, sessions may include concept teaching, discussion-based learning, case-based explanations, revision of key topics, or help with exam technique. I also like to use examples, diagrams, and clinical context where helpful, as this makes learning more engaging and easier to remember.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and concept-focused. I aim to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and revisiting topics until they feel confident. I have experience helping fellow classmates understand challenging medical topics by explaining them in a simple and interesting way, and I bring the same approach to tutoring. My goal is not only to help students perform better in exams, but also to help them build a strong foundation in medicine, improve confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
