What my sessions are like
My life coaching sessions are designed to feel open, supportive and personal. I want each person to feel comfortable, understood and able to speak honestly without fear of judgement. The sessions are not about being spoken at, they are about working together to understand what is going on, what the person wants to improve and how they can start moving forward.
Each session will be shaped around the individual and what they need most at that time. Some people may need help with confidence, motivation or self belief, while others may want support with time management, setting goals, creating structure or dealing with personal challenges. I believe everyone is different, so the sessions will never feel one size fits all.
Session format
The first part of the session will usually be a relaxed check in. This gives the person space to talk about how they are feeling, what has been going well and what they may be struggling with.
After that, we will focus on the main area they want support with. This could be a specific goal, a problem they are facing, a habit they want to build or something they feel stuck on.
We will then break things down into smaller, realistic steps. I will help them look at what is holding them back, what they can control and what actions they can take next.
At the end of the session, we will agree on simple goals or tasks to work on before the next session. These will be manageable and realistic, so the person leaves feeling clearer and more motivated rather than overwhelmed.

The sessions will be calm, honest and encouraging. I want people to feel like they are speaking to someone who genuinely understands and cares. I am very open minded and non judgemental, so people can be real about what they are going through.
I will use my own life experiences where appropriate to help people feel less alone and more understood. I believe that because I have been through challenges myself, I can connect with people in a more human and relatable way.
My aim is to create a space where people feel supported, inspired and ready to take action. The sessions are about helping people realise that they are capable of more than they think, and that even difficult situations can be worked through with the right mindset, support and structure.
