In teaching the subject matter, it is first important for me to establish that the student is equipped with basic skills. For example in Mathematics, it is very important that the student has learned the fundamentals of Math before proceeding to difficult topics. I prefer to teach the subject in a slow paced manner in order for my students to really understand and appreciate the subject.

I am a kind and patient individual but sometimes tend to get strict if needed. I prefer to motivate my students by providing honest feedback on their progress rather than giving out shallow comments.
