So, what will working with me, look like for you?
We will discuss your needs, what you know so far, what else you have tried, what has worked and what hasn't worked for you, so that I can plan a bespoke program tailored to your needs.

We will arrange a suitable time to meet each week.

The sessions will last for approximately 1 hour.
I request that you commit to being fully engaged in the session and complete any homework that is set so that we have a streamlined learning process.

The sessions will take you step by step through your chosen topic and I will ensure that you fully understand each step before moving on to the next one.

I will encourage you to be active throughout the session and allow you time and space to think about the answers so that I can calibrate your learning and make any necessary adjustments as we progress.
