Sessions may include exploring practical strategies for managing study pressures and time management, while also helping students better understand themselves, build resilience and develop healthier coping strategies.
As a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapeutic counsellor and wellbeing coach, I bring over 10 years’ experience supporting individuals with emotional wellbeing and personal development. My approach is calm, compassionate and supportive, helping students feel listened to, understood and more confident in moving forward positively.
