To deliver an adequate lesson it is essential that the lessons interacts with the students and allows them to participate in tasks and activities therefore, choosing the correct approach in the classroom on how to deliver the lesson is crucial as there are two ways a lesson can be delivered either the traditional way or the modern way. What is meant by those is according to the preference and the way students show the best outcome would determine which of the approaches I will apply within the classroom. Some students learn easier if a lesson is being taught where the teacher stands at the front delivering a lesson only by showing the screen and talking on the other hand, others might prefer the modern way which includes activities and talks as well as questions within teaching allowing students to elaborate and fully understand the topic. Allowing the students to fully participate within the lesson is rewarding for me as it is my passion to pass on knowledge to students and knowing that they walk out of the classroom with new information, facts and resources allows me to be satisfied as a person as well as a teacher as the information being taught would be the correct curriculum considered lessons. The aim of being a teacher is not to be the best of the best but good enough so that each lesson is centered at the students and their needs to progress within the lesson and the subject so that they are adequately prepared with the correct knowledge.
