Jamie Koutras

I graduated high school in 2021 and I am currently studying business at Victoria University.

Although this is my first tutoring position, my methods of understanding English have been accredited through my VCE studies by which I have upheld a constant B+ to A-grade achievements throughout all of my Year 12 core assessments and a B+ on the VCAA exam in 2021. This can all be credited by my English teachers.

When I will be tutoring, it will be interactive. Technology will be incorporated into activities so that lessons will never be boring. This will be done via quizzes such as Kahoot, and consolidating learning by completing assessment and exam-styled writing exercises.

My lessons will vary depending on the level of the understanding you have on the topic. Custom presentations will be made specifically for you on your request based upon your studies. Exam-styled questions will be implemented into sessions for students of a higher year level. By doing so, it allows you to be adequately prepared for your school work and assessments.

I ensure that I will try many different methods. If you don’t understand what is being taught, I will develop a way for you to understand your class work. I am more than open to listening to ways which you prefer to learn, and implement them specific to our lessons.
