Jamie Kelly

I have worked in schools for the past 26 years and I have developed a wide range of experiences. I have worked with countless students with various needs such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Developmental Coordination Disorder and anxiety to name a few. I have worked as a keyworker for various students helping to organise meetings in personal and over the phone to discuss students needs and how best to support the student in the school environment. I have also supported with organising clubs within the teaching assistant team such as touch type to increase students typing speed. I have supported students on many school trips in the UK and abroad and I regularly take part in Duke of Edinburgh expeditions for which I have led and organised. I have a real passion for supporting students in any shape or form and I enjoy making a difference to a child’s life, no matter how small. My lessons would be based around how to cope with day to day school life and how best to revise for assessments and exams as well as support strategies during lessons.
