My lessons (in-person or online) will be fun and interactive. Having 1:1 sessions, your learning experience will be tailored to you and your needs. I am a big believer that the best way to learn something is to implement it in practice. My sessions will begin by learning the basic foundations of a concept or process and then applying that learnt knowledge to answering practice questions – whether that be in the form of PPQs or an interactive quiz. One thing with exams is that you can learn the mark scheme. By analysing the mark scheme and highlighting the key points examiners will be looking for, you can elevate your grades substantially, even in areas where you are unsure of the content. My tutoring sessions will highlight this and make knowing how to answer a question second nature, even before you have finished reading the question. My tutoring sessions will go further than just revision. I can help you create effective revision methods outside of tutoring that are suitable for you and even offer help with UCAS applications.
