A pre-study approach is used to present the lessons on each module. In that, materials for each lessons will be made available ahead of the scheduled class for students to study. Then, I will ensure to aid the understanding of the materials during class sessions through the use of dynamic examples, simulations, labs, discussions, quiz.

Over the years, experience has proof that students are aided to understand computer concepts through practical use of the lessons learnt. Therefore, I do ensure to actively involve my students in the learning process to harness the potential computer skills from each lessons taught.

Thereafter, students are tested for their skills and knowledge in the subject area of each module using industry standard models. This is to ensure that each student can successfully fit into the capacity required for the roles that are available from a particular module such as network technician, IT support technician, desktop technical support, 1st level User support, Data entry technician, etc.

The entire modules has been designed and prepared to be simple and easy to comprehend with well structured aids to computer understanding. Above all, I can relate to the level of the rate of understanding of each student, having in mind that each student is unique and requires a patterned approach to ensure the student gets the best out of the learning process. Thus, attention will be given to each student according to their peculiar needs. All of these will be administered in a kind and appropriate manner to derive maximum results for every potential student.
