My English lessons are friendly, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual needs and goals. I believe that confidence is the foundation of progress, so I create a calm and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and exploring ideas. I encourage curiosity, creativity, and resilience, helping students develop lifelong learning skills beyond lessons and academic confidence.

Each lesson follows a clear but flexible structure. We usually begin by discussing what the student would like to focus on, whether that is reading comprehension, creative writing, grammar, spelling, or exam preparation. I then introduce key concepts in a clear and accessible way, using examples that relate to the student’s interests. Lessons include a mixture of discussion, guided activities, short exercises, and practical writing tasks to keep learning engaging and interactive.

As a second-year Creative Writing student at university, I bring both academic knowledge and a genuine passion for language to my teaching. My studies have strengthened my understanding of storytelling, structure, vocabulary, and style, which I use to help students develop their own voice in writing as well as improve accuracy and clarity. I also support students with planning, editing, and building strong ideas.

Throughout lessons, I give clear, constructive feedback and practical tips that students can apply independently. I adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences and ensure progress is steady and measurable. My aim is not only to improve English skills, but also to help students enjoy learning and feel proud of their progress.
