I have a wide range of teaching materials through lesson plans created by Lingua House. I like to find material that keeps the lesson motivating for your child by finding out what their hobbies are and what topics interests them. The last thing I want is for your child to feel bored and detached from learning. I like to start the lessons out with a fun worksheet that I go over with them and end the lessons with a review of what it was we did learn during that time in order to guarantee that they are understanding the material. When teaching early or young learners I tend to teach using what’s called the PPP method which entails a simpler approach using words and short phrases along with pictures of objects in order to build reading, vocabulary, sentence structure and grammar skills. I was formally trained in Chiang Mai by top of the line instructors to teach English both in class and online. My experience working at a summer camp in China to teaching hybrid lessons online and in person in Thailand have showed me what works and what doesn’t in helping you succeed in learning a new language.
