I spent 24 years in the military, where I was fortunate to work with some of the best coaches and mentors there are. I used the skills taught to me to develop my own style and then coach and mentor both UK troops and those of foreign militaries. Having developed teams and individuals to achieve often in demanding and arduous environments, I have a track record of success.
I've made mistakes and got it wrong, we all do. But that's fine, its a time to learn and develop. In a nutshell that is mindset we can get ot wrong but we learn, we develop, we move forwards and we get better.
