My methods is i try to learn with alot of sense of humor ,i dont want that people will be scare, you need to talk with them alot ,listen what they got to say ,and listen o them ideas , i got alott of time for eveey singel person ,i am people merson, vital is trust to each other tutor and person which is learning.
Best policy is honesty ,if I see somebody strugling,is worth to talk to person ,becouse maybe is something behind,ci tryto learn people,slowly ,they need tak a time,they cant rush ,i prefer repeat 1 word 100 times but make sure person is understood ,
My methods is simply you starting from the basic , stepe by step , build up confidence ,make sure that people are coming back for lessons with joy , make sure to not sepreate people from the group ,when the level of them language skills is lover like others, i am using format first learn words later grama,if you know the words you will build the sentence , you just need to want that ,also i never praise invdually if i am working in groups,Team is the team, they always should support wich other ,wothout doubts,friendly attitiude,is something like you always find in my class,lessons one to one exacly this same,fun but hard work , and never give up on anybody ,everybody Can learn , proactive ,attitiude Can do , smile on the face, and results will come quickly
