My lessons are focused on making Geography easier to understand while also improving exam technique. I’ll start by finding out what you’re struggling with and then structure the lesson around that, rather than just following the textbook.

I like to keep lessons interactive, using questions, real-world examples, diagrams and exam questions to make sure you actually understand the topic. We can work through difficult content together, then practise applying it to OCR-style questions and improve your answers.

I can help with both physical and human Geography, including topics such as landscapes, earth’s life support systems, global connections and changing spaces. I’ll also focus on the skills that make a difference in exams, such as using case studies, developing points and understanding what different command words are asking for.
