My teaching methods are never set in stone. I believe that the most effective way to teach is to first understand each individual student's goal, strengths, and weaknesses, to then tailor lessons to help most effectively accomplish these goals. I enjoy helping others understand difficult subjects and have been tutoring others for more than seven years, which means I have a wealth of experience to call upon. I have held tutoring sessions online many times before, and thus feel very confident in my capacity to do so effectively.
Our first session will always start with a conversation. We will discuss your goals, as well as what specific topics you want to focus on, and what you feel like you are struggling with. After this, the rest of the tutoring will be based on constant communication. We can work on any specific questions you may have, or, if you prefer, I can prepare exercises for us to work on together and solve during our tutoring sessions. I believe that consistency is the key to success, and thus I recommend that we work together at least once a week and for at least a month. However, if what you require is more urgent, we can also work together to get the best possible result from your situation.
I believe that I can work with students to accomplish their goals in a way that is not painful to them. Learning should be enjoyable, and making sure that all students I work with are having the best time possible while perfecting their understanding is very important to me.
