I aim to create a calm, non-judgemental environment where students feel comfortable speaking openly about the challenges they may be facing, whether that’s stress, confidence, motivation, overwhelm, organisation or feeling stuck.
Sessions are typically 1.5 hours long. The first session is focused on getting to know the student, understanding their current situation and identifying the areas where they would like support. Together, we explore what may be contributing to the challenges they’re experiencing and create a realistic, supportive plan to help them move forward positively.
My approach combines coaching, mentoring and practical guidance, while encouraging self-awareness, confidence and personal growth. I believe every individual is different, so sessions are adapted to suit different personalities, communication styles and ways of thinking.
I’m particularly passionate about helping people feel heard, understood and more capable in both education and everyday life.
