My lessons are designed to be interactive, supportive, and thoughtfully tailored to help every learner achieve their personal best. Each session typically begins with a warm-up discussion or engaging activity that allows students to activate prior knowledge and build confidence in using English. I believe in setting clear learning goals, so at the start of every lesson, I share our objectives so we can track progress together.

The core of my teaching blends structured content with flexibility. For literature classes, I guide students through close readings of poetry, short stories, and film excerpts—encouraging analytical thinking and creative responses. For language-focused lessons, I incorporate authentic materials such as news articles, podcasts, or short videos, always selected to match students’ interests and real-life contexts.

Lessons are highly interactive. I alsp use digital tools such as Mentimeter and Edpuzzle to gather instant feedback, check understanding, and encourage active engagement, especially in online settings.

Drawing on over 25 years of international teaching experience—including curriculum leadership and experience with diverse student backgrounds—I am sensitive to varying learning needs and styles. I provide clear explanations, model key skills, and offer consistent, constructive feedback. Above all, I foster a positive, respectful classroom environment where students feel safe to take risks, make mistakes, and grow in both confidence and ability.
