I like to mould my classes around the wants and needs of the students. I will usually start by both asking the students themselves which particular areas they need help (I think it's really important that the student is truly involved in their own learning, not simply being dictated to), and give them little tests to see other areas in which they might need help and focus lessons around these sub...
I like to mould my classes around the wants and needs of the students. I will usually start by both asking the students themselves which particular areas they need help (I think it's really important that the student is truly involved in their own learning, not simply being dictated to), and give them little tests to see other areas in which they might need help and focus lessons around these subjects.

I will also make sure to following closely with their in school lessons, to make sure that I am being as complimentary to their school curriculum as possible.
