I create a positive learning environment by ensuring learners are comfortable so that l can be able to create a connection with the students. In classroom the learning process is mainly focused on the student ensuring that they benefit fully while applying the use of different methods of technology to make the process of learning enjoyable. I am a professional so their is need to set reasonable expectations from the learners which l expect them to achieve at the end of each learning session so that l would be able to access the extent of learning.
Teaching English as a language requires the use of explicit instructions which learners can easily relate with and deliberately practice the language for mastery .
I am a teacher by profession therefore l possess a great passion for teaching, very ambitious and result driven therefore am able to teach effectively and relate to different audiences and also consider the difference in terms of how the language can be adopted by the students due to the difference in learning abilities of the students. I give extra attention to learners who are adopting the language slowly. Therefore l apply patience during the process of learning to ensure that l am able to accommodate the different abilities of students to learn and with time after consistency and enough practice, l am able to deliver results ensuring that by the end of the learning process the students are able to confidently express themselves and communicate effectively in English.
