I am will have set lessons that follow the specification for your school's exam boards. Each lesson, I will start of with demonstrating a couple examples of a topic. Then my student will go on to complete a couple examples with my Aid to get on their feet. Once they have shown a high enough proficiency, I will send them worksheets to complete within the lesson & as homework to complete for next week. I am always checking my emails, so if there are any issues with a particular question, I will be happy to oblige.

Though I tend to follow the spec, I am willing to do topics in order of the students choosing. As well as focus on concepts they struggle with most, such as matrices or differentiation. If necessary, students can bring questions they have struggled with in class or are just generally interested in. I am more than happy to tackle it with them.

I like to keep my lessons interactive, as that was a method that worked best when I taught some year 6s for 2 months, the basics to algebra. The more engaging lessons are, the more I find my students learn & retain material for the future.
