With over 24 years of tutoring experience, including GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level, IB and university-level maths, I bring the kind of long-term expertise that reassures students and parents straight away. Drawing on my STEM engineering background, I use real-world applications of maths to make abstract ideas feel more concrete and relevant.

In my sessions, I typically start by identifying the exact topics or exam questions causing problems, then revisit the core concept in a simple way before gradually increasing the difficulty of questions. I make strong use of past papers, mark schemes and exam techniques, teaching students how to structure full solutions, avoid common mistakes and manage their time effectively. Above all, my focus is on building genuine confidence: helping students move from “I can’t do this” to “I understand what to do and why,” so they are ready to perform when it matters.
