Hi! I am an enthusiastic, supportive and friendly student in my final year at Oxford university, studying Geography. I have experience tutoring for Geography, English literature and Biology, and helping students prepare for Oxbridge interviews. It can be a very daunting process, and having gone through it not so long ago, I am well-placed to give advice and conduct practice interviews. I achieved 3 A*s at A-Level, and all 8/9s at GCSE level, so can provide up-to-date revision material for these exams. My teaching style depends on the student, but generally, i try to foster debates and conversations that will help students explore content more creatively and critically. Simply building confidence is crucial in academic situations, so tailored, 1:1 tutoring sessions with somebody close to their age, who can relate to their experiences, can be vital.
