Format is variable, based on if the student is currently competent and needs more practice, or they need to understand basic concepts. Questions will be prepared ahead of time to test competency, and to understand the any areas of weakness the student might have, so that lessons can be tailored towards the student.
Content would first be covering the basic principles, for eg. the formula, how to apply it, good tips to remember it, and how it is used in a question, before the student tries to tackle the question on their own.
