Hello! I'm Iryna Yemets, a native Russian speaker with a university degree in Russian Language and Literature and a lifelong passion for languages.
I have a varied professional background spanning education, journalism, editing and language work. I have experience teaching Russian both in the classroom and online, including working with bilingual children. I also create individual learning materials tailored to each student's needs and interests.
My lessons are friendly, engaging and personalised. We can focus on conversational Russian, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading or writing, depending on your goals.
I believe that learning a language should be both enjoyable and meaningful. I use authentic texts, stories, videos and practical activities to help students develop confidence and communicate naturally.
Whether you are a complete beginner, want to improve your conversational skills or wish to explore Russian language and culture in greater depth, I would be delighted to help you on your learning journey!
