I am a TEFL-qualified English tutor with previous teaching experience across the UK and Europe, working with adults, children and business professionals. My experience includes Business English and one-to-one and group teaching, including English language training for employees and expatriate families.

My lessons are friendly, practical and relaxed, with the content shaped around the individual learner and what they want to achieve. This might include improving conversational English, building confidence when speaking, workplace and Business English, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary or preparing for a particular situation such as a meeting, presentation or interview.

I believe people learn best when they feel comfortable speaking and aren't afraid of making mistakes, so lessons are interactive and focused on using English in real situations rather than simply working through exercises.

Alongside my English teaching background, I have spent many years working in international corporate environments, where training, coaching and developing people have been a significant part of my roles. This gives me a particularly good understanding of the English and communication skills needed in the workplace.

Lessons are available online or face-to-face, depending on location.
