My lessons are practical, interactive and tailored to each student learning style and level of understanding. I focus on making accounting concepts simple and easy to apply, rather than relying on memorisation.
We’ll work through topics step by step, starting with the fundamentals and gradually building confidence through worked examples, practice questions and exercises. I also encourage students to ask question and explain their thinking, so I can identify areas where they need more support.
With a BSc in Finance and an ACA qualification, alongside several years of professional experience in accounting and finance, I bring real world examples into my lessons to help students understand how the concepts they learn are applied in actual businesses.
Whether a student needs help understanding the fundamentals, wants to improve their performance in specific topics, is preparing for examinations, or simply wants to become more confident in Accounting, I will adapt the lessons to their needs. My goal is for every student to leave each lesson with a clearer understanding of the topic and greater confidence in applying what they have learned.
