My lessons are well-structured but flexible, allowing us to adjust the pace depending on how comfortable you feel with the material. I prioritise clarity over memorisation, breaking down complex topics into smaller steps and using multiple methods to explain the same concept if needed. This ensures that understanding is solid rather than superficial. I personally place strong emphasis on active problem-solving, as mathematics is best learned by doing. During lessons, my students are always encouraged to think out loud, make mistakes, and ask questions freely. This helps me identify gaps in understanding and address them immediately.

Outside of lessons, I also guide students on effective study strategies, exam techniques, and how to approach unfamiliar questions with confidence. I have several years of experience tutoring students from diverse educational backgrounds, including IB, IGCSE, GCSE, A levels, and mixed-ability learners. Having taught both international students and learners in community and outreach settings, I adapt my explanations to different learning styles and paces.
