I begin my lessons by addressing the concerns of my students regarding the topic we are about to cover, so that I can focus my teaching on the parts which students do not understand. Once we have gone through the teaching aspect, I will demonstrate the skills required in application based questions, through which I will guide my student as they practise.

I will then give the students timed exam questions, as the best way to improve in a subject is to attempt exam questions. We will then go through these exam questions, and I will guide the student through questions which they answered incorrectly.

Closer to exams, I will begin to do past papers and practice papers, which I personally create, for my students to have substantiated practise in the subject so that they can achieve their desired grades.

I have official experience tutoring students with GCSE Maths, alongside informal teaching of A-Level Maths for my peers.
