As a young adult who left my hometown to start a new life in the UK, I have faced my fair amount of challenges. I strive for success in every aspect I perform in, but have always had a profound love for English. I left my hometown, South Africa, with an A in IGCSE English language and literature. The subject has always been a passion of mine and I am so enthusiastic to be teaching it! For my lessons I will be using either teams or zoom as that is what I am most familiar and comfortable with. My lessons will be an hour long, beginning with a verbal assessment on the level of knowledge and skill of each individual. I will then move forward from there, carefully designing and considering a learning scheme to distinctly cater to the needs and requirements of each learner. My lessons are structured to be engaging and interactive, with a focus on clear explanations and practical examples. Each session includes real-time discussions, visual aids, and screen sharing to ensure understanding. I use a combination of quizzes, exercises, and collaborative tools to reinforce concepts, and I always allow time for questions and feedback. Whether you’re preparing for exams, need extra help, or are looking to master new skills, my flexible approach will help you achieve your goals efficiently and confidently.
