Inas Kadri

My approach to teaching is focused on establishing trusting relationships with my students and developing an understanding of their learning goals and current gaps in skill or knowledge. From there I can work to create activities and lesson plans that will meet these goals while promoting a fun and engaging learning environment.

I bring a passion for and experience in leading groups of learners from young children to adults. Adept at designing lesson plans based on unique learning styles for technical and non-technical content. Skilled in bridging technology with classroom experiences in administrative and instructor-level roles.

My recent technical role required me to manage multiple databases for 10 different private schools across the country with accountability for leading a major data transfer to a new system. This demonstrates my ability to manage competing demands and stay organized while ensuring operations continue. Much of my technical background is also in the education sector and so I have developed a thorough understanding of the Ministry of Education’s operations in Ontario from multiple perspectives.

• Beside my completion of the Advanced TESOL certification I am currently completing my diploma in Teachers’ Aide to help teachers manage and develop their best outcome from their classes
• Integrated technology usage into educational environment in different aspects (classroom, home, during COVID pandemic and more)
• Led classrooms of up to 500 students ranging from grades 4-8 to deliver computer-based instruction based on established learning objectives
• Monitored and helped teachers plan and effectively use different high tech devices in their classrooms
