I usually focus on the core skills of reading and writing skills. As reading is the most important skill this is usually the area I would develop first. I enjoy working with people, developing their confidence in their own abilities and using their strengths to develop their weaknesses. Watching you become confident and an independent learner as their skills develop is one of the most rewarding aspects of tutoring.

I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn things at their own pace and in a manner that they find enjoyable and enriching. It is important to me that each student gets their own tailored lesson plan, opportunities to test their understanding in each class and feedback on their mistakes. Each class will build on the feedback of the previous session. I am experienced in tailoring the teaching approach to an individual student's needs and adapting to their questions and any gaps in their understanding.

I am genuinely enthusiastic about your learning and personal growth and will go the extra mile to ensure our sessions add value to you and help improve your results. I am friendly, easy to talk to and willing to explain concepts as many times as is necessary!

I am a native English speaker so I have strong British cultural knowledge and accent. I have a degree in Business Management with a career in Business Operations however I like creative and cultural things including photography, music, art, and literature. I also enjoy growing my own vegetables and playing Piano.
