My Economics lessons are structured, engaging, and tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they are studying at GCSE or A Level. I focus on building a clear understanding of key concepts while also developing the exam skills needed to achieve top grades.

Each lesson typically begins with a recap of previous topics to reinforce knowledge and identify any gaps. I then introduce new content in a clear, step-by-step way, using diagrams, real-world examples, and simple explanations to make complex ideas easier to understand. Topics such as supply and demand, market structures, inflation, and government policies are broken down so students can confidently apply them in different contexts.

A key part of my lessons is exam preparation. I regularly use past paper questions and structured practice to help students improve their exam technique, including how to write strong, well-evaluated answers and effectively use economic terminology and diagrams. I also teach students how to structure longer responses, which is essential for higher-mark questions at A Level.

With my background in Economics, I bring real-world insight into lessons, helping students connect theory to current economic events. This not only improves understanding but also strengthens evaluation skills, which are crucial for achieving top marks.

I create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence. My teaching style is patient and adaptable, ensuring each student progresses at their own pace while being challenged to reach their full potential.

My goal is to help students not only improve their grades but also develop a strong and lasting understanding of Economics.
