I have 10 years worth of experience working with children to adults helping with regulation of their emotions, We do this in a comfortable space where you're able to explore emotions and learn to regulate them. I use a wide variety of techniques to help with this but will also challenge you to get the most out of each tailored session.

As a registered member of the BACP, I bring a professional and ethical approach to my work. My counselling practice is grounded in CBT and integrative techniques, enabling me to tailor interventions to each client’s needs. I have experience delivering one-to-one therapy in private practice, schools, and residential services, as well as facilitating group sessions focused on psychoeducation and relapse prevention. I am also confident in conducting risk assessments, managing safeguarding concerns, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Beyond my technical expertise, I pride myself on my ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships, where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their personal growth. I believe strongly in the value of early intervention and ongoing support, and I am motivated to help people get the best service but also the best chance to be able to move forward in life whilst managing/regulating any emotional responses that may occur in life's stressful situations.

We will also explore;
