I specialise in memorable and unique learning experiences that are driven by questions and simulations of what is happening for you in the real world. Using tried and tested coaching techniques I will ask you to consider what you want to achieve during our sessions, use tools to help you reflect on your reality and stimulate your thinking around how you can overcome barriers and challenges that are having an effect on your progress. I have worked as a coach and training facilitator for over 20 years, either in businesses working with staff members or for people who engage my services because they want to explore ways to move forward in their life, to have more confidence in reaching their goals, to truly understand why they find it difficult connecting with others or anything that would benefit from special time for reflective learning. I can accommodate that and you can walk away with some advice, some tools and techniques, but most of all, self belief and the knowledge that you have the answers.
Many of the problems my coaching clients face are related to other people and with your agreement, I will bring those relationships to life for you so you can practice challenging conversations. I have worked as a professional actor since 1990 and used my drama training to help people improve their communication skills in a safe and positive environment. I can offer you insights you might never get elsewhere.
