Rock and pop lessons
Budding rock guitarist? Or perhaps you want to play your favourite pop tunes? Both pop and rock guitar lessons cover very varied sub-genres that include artists from David Bowie to Ed Sheeran, Metallica to Madonna and everyone in-between. When learning a new pop or rock song, good guitarists often study the skills that are used within it so they can apply them quickly to future songs. When learning pop and rock songs try to remember to extract the theory from them as you would any other genre of music, it can shave years off your practice!
Blues Guitar Lessons
From Muddy Waters to B.B King, Josh Smith to Stevie Ray Vaughan. Work on your blues scales, turnarounds, learning licks by ear and much more! I am lucky enough to have been taught to play the blues early on. If you are a fan of the blues, or think the blues would be a good way for you to learn then you can expect to study musicians such as Eric Clapton, Marcus King, Albert King, Elmore James, Howlin Wolf, Robert Johnson, Robben Ford and a wide range of bands, both American and English.
Jazz Guitar Lessons

There are many ways of approaching jazz, and many styles exist within the genre. From fast Be Bop to slow beautiful ballads, there are many styles to choose when learning jazz. There are a lot of things worth looking at early on that will help give you a solid understanding of what’s going on around you, and help you develop your own voice. Jazz is often broken down into three main components for guitarists, melody, comping and soloing.
