Teaching and Tutoring Experience:
With over 20 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of students from different educational backgrounds. I have successfully helped students improve their grades with my previous tutees achieving a GCSE level 7, A Level Grade A and B, and my last A Level Business class 100% A*-C.

Subject Knowledge and Specialism:
I have been a Teacher/Head of Business/Finance and Director of Learning for the past 20 years, with extensive knowledge and expertise in A Level and GCSE Business. I worked in industry for 10 years prior to becoming a teacher and I use that experience to make the subject ‘come alive’ along with current affairs and relevant visual materials.
With my experience I have taught the AQA, Edexcel, WJEC and OCR exam boards so I can ensure that my students receive targeted and relevant instruction and I am equipped to guide you towards achieving your academic goals.

Teaching Style:
My teaching style is engaging and supportive using a range of resources to make the subject some alive. I believe that every student has a unique way of understanding and retaining information, so I tailor my approach to meet individual needs. My sessions are interactive and student-focused, encouraging active participation and critical thinking. I use a variety of teaching methods, including visual aids, practical examples, and interactive exercises, to make learning both effective and enjoyable. My goal is to build confidence and inspire a genuine interest in Business Studies.
