Every lesson is planned around you, your level and your goals.

Our first lesson will help me understand your current level, what you want to achieve and the areas you would most like to improve. From there, I will create lessons that are focused, practical and enjoyable.

You can expect a relaxed and supportive learning environment where you will have plenty of opportunities to speak, practice and ask questions. I will explain things clearly, correct mistakes constructively and show you how to improve — without making you feel nervous about getting things wrong.

For IELTS students, lessons are structured around the four exam skills — Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing — alongside essential exam techniques, time management and strategies to help you achieve the best possible band score. We can also focus intensively on the areas where you need the most improvement.

Whether you are preparing for an exam, improving your English for work or study, or simply want to become a more confident English speaker, my aim is simple: for you to see real progress and feel more confident after every lesson.

With over 25 years in teaching, I bring a wealth of experience in English, ESOL, IELTS and Functional Skills. I have taught students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners, and understand that every student learns differently.
