According to staff that I have worked with in the past, I have been identified as ‘resilient’. I tend to not give up so quickly on my role and duty. It is my duty to provide an ethical level of support to the children seeking educational support. I have been recognised as being proactive. Valuing a person, and being able to identify errors before they do.
